How should i start...shooting today and i sure did go. Thinking that i was like the few that didn't attending training, i was so wrong. i reach school thinking that i was late for CCA but went i go to the armory seeing only the coach and some people that i won't want to see as much as possible as long i am in this school. Well, was quite glad that finally there as some progress after several months of pure dry firing and shooting at blanks only. Today! we were wore the top half of the armor like jacket which didn't feel good wearing at all (serious). It totally restricts the upper body movements and is heavy man! Well thats the main idea of that jacket which was to get you as stable as possible, as minimal body movements as possible. Being the first time wearing this piece of body armor, i sure wasn't feeling very "myself" as when i was shooting than before. Thinking to myself that probably after the dry fire, i would get used to the extra weight. Oh! i sure am wrong, as i began my first shot, i felt so uneasy. As i continued, the coach came and told me that i was moving to much (at the waist area). The shots that followed on was equally bad. These were the worst shots i had ever fired. Felt so angry with myself, i wasn't really fully concentrating during training too so who to blame? But i can't deny that i learnt quite abit and really know WHERE and HOW i should improve on.
ok ok, after training, air the heavy jackets, keep the rifles and stands. Oh we had to keep the bullets; found out after asking teacher. I went to take the bullets and ms ang was closing the armory, if the doors were not close after some time in setting the alarms, the alarms will go off, ya just exactly what happened. WOOO!...The alarms went of and the whole school was filled with the alarm. Quickly, i ran to the general office to tell that it was a "false alarm" (hehe). But everything was alright after that because i left after ms ang said it was alright.
Ya then it was also time for my mom to leave for Australia (for work), ya 8 long days man. Life for these 8 days will sure be different without her around.
After that, i went for guitar lessons again, as always i was late, never seem to be early before, guess thats just luck. Who cares! hehehe....well roy went as if everyone had played a guitar before and was just attending his lessons to refresh our memory. He taught us 5 notes and 2 chords and thinks we can play these notes and chords as well as he does. He just changes from one to the other so quicky and thinks that we can read the notes like he can, well from what i heard from the room, we certainly can't "read" notes. Well knowing that we can even catch up with his pace he just goes on even faster, still assuming that we can catch up (totally nuts). Towards the end i was just holding the wooden musical instrument and listening to him play. Ya at the end of it he still says, "we should never say die" (ya right). But i certainly progressed from where i started. Well can be happy for that at least.
